Where Passion Meets Profession.

Why We're Different

Our philosophy is simple. Culinary students learn most efficiently when they are in a small group, comfortable environment, and receive personal attention from experienced Chef Instructors. Our team consists of a diverse and well-balanced group of professional Chefs with real world experience and a genuine passion for teaching.

At Arizona Culinary Institute we believe students learn best through a hands-on culinary learning experience. Indulge your passion for cooking by learning through trial and error and personal instruction from award winning Chef Instructors rather than pouring through a textbook. At ACI you will be immersed in our culinary kitchens learning highly sought after skills involving culinary arts, meat fabrication, advanced baking & pastry, and restaurant management.
